ANTRIM
Released 2024
Inspired by the Antrim Cocktail created by Monk Antrim in the 1920s at the Manila Hotel in the Philippines, this limited release pays homage to the cocktail made with port, cognac, and a dash of sugar.
Antrim is a blend of 3 casks.
- Cask 1 is an 11-year-old rum that spent its last 15 months in a Port Cask.
- Cask 2 and 3 is an 8-year-old rum that spent the last 8 months in a Cognac Cask. Enjoy.

PORT CASK
Released 2023
94 Points – 2023 Ultimate Spirits Challenge
“Deep stewed red fruit notes meet molasses on the nose of this rum. Port barrel flavors are harmoniously interwoven with rich tropical fruit notes of baked pineapple, torched sugar cane, toasted coconut, and nutmeg over a smooth body.”
Port Cask is Grander Rum finished in Portuguese Red Tawny Port Casks. These casks were sent to Panama and filled with 10 year old rum in March 2022. Dumped and bottled in February 2023.

ANGELMADE
Released 2022
This is AngelMade, a product of two casks finishes.
One cask, an ANGELica Port and the other, a MADEira. Both of these products were sweet fortified wines.
These casks were sourced from a Napa, California winery and sent to Panama where we filled them with 10 year old rum in July 2021. Dumped and bottled in August 2022.
